How It Works


30-Day Return Policy


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt. This applies to both full-price and sale items, provided they are in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiating a Return


To start your return, click on “Return Order” and enter your order details. You can find your order number or ID in the confirmation email you received after your purchase.
🚨 Please note: Returns can only be initiated from the same shipping address used in the original order. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Process


Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. The item must be returned using the original box and packaging.
Once received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it is undamaged and unused. If everything is in order, we will process either a refund or a replacement, according to your request.

Refund


The refund will cover the cost of the product only. A partial deduction will be applied to offset a portion of the shipping expenses and customs duties incurred in retrieving the returned item. The exact amount may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.



Returns Outside the EU and USA


Returns for orders shipped outside the European Union and the United States are handled individually by our Customer Service. If this applies to your order, please contact us at customerservice@robertapieri.com for further assistance.



Customs Duties and Other Fees


Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during the original shipment or during the return, regardless of the country, are non-refundable under any circumstances. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Condition of Returned Items


Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Products showing signs of use, wear, or modification will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Returns


We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. For this reason, returns must be made using the prepaid label we provide.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages


If a package is refused or left unclaimed and returned to us by the courier, we will issue a refund excluding the original shipping charges and any return costs or duties incurred.

Right to Refuse Returns


We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy. In such cases, the item will be returned to the original shipping address.
