About the Brand

Roberta Pieri® is an internationally registered and recognized brand, exclusively owned by INSTILE S.r.l., a company based in the heart of Tuscany, Italy.

Through artisanal methods, INSTILE S.r.l. manufactures high-quality leather and fabric bags that combine elegance, lightness, and comfort with a timeless and feminine touch.

All Roberta Pieri® bags are entirely made in Italy.

Duties and Import Taxes

By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including the following provisions:

• For orders shipped outside the European Union, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  
• Outside the United States, such charges are applied and collected directly by the courier upon delivery.
  
• For deliveries to the United States, all import duties are covered by the Brand, so the customer will not incur additional costs, except for any applicable state taxes.
  
• If a customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment is returned, no refund will be issued.
  
• Shipping and return costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
  

Roberta Pieri® reserves the right to amend these provisions at any time, without prior notice.

General Conditions of Sale

Before purchasing any product, customers are kindly invited to carefully read these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter the “Conditions”), which regulate the online sale of Roberta Pieri® products (hereinafter the “Products”).

Confirming an order through this website constitutes full acceptance of these Conditions.

In compliance with Legislative Decree 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code), we provide customers with the following information.

Website Information & Intended Use

The websites www.robertapieri.com and www.robertapieri.it (hereinafter the “Site”) are intended exclusively for the online retail sale of Roberta Pieri® products.

Sales are addressed to clients or users, as defined by Articles 3 and 5 of the Consumer Code, who are of legal age in their country of residence (in any case over 18 years old).

Minors are prohibited from placing orders on the Site.

Ownership of the Site

The Site and all its contents are exclusively owned by INSTILE S.r.l., headquartered in Uzzano (Pistoia, Italy), Via F. Parri 67-69, ZIP 51010, VAT number 01629120476, with a fully paid share capital of €10,000, registered with the Pistoia Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter the “Owner”).

All intellectual and industrial property rights are reserved to the Owner.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, alteration, publication, or redistribution of the Site’s content (including trademarks, images, texts, design, software, or scripts) is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted according to law.

Use of the Site & Customer Accounts

To place an order, customers must register with a personal account (the “Account”).

Registration and use of the Site are free of charge; internet access costs are borne by the customer.

It is strictly forbidden to:

• Provide false or third-party personal data,
  
• Register multiple accounts for the same person.
  

The Owner reserves the right to suspend or pursue fraudulent activity against the brand or other users.

Login credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared. The Owner declines any liability for misuse.

Purchase Conditions & Order Confirmation

By placing an order, the customer declares to have read and fully accepted these Conditions and undertakes to pay for the purchase, in accordance with Article 51 of the Consumer Code.

Product availability on the Site may not always reflect real-time stock. The Owner reserves the right to confirm availability and payment validity before accepting an order.

In case of unavailability, invalid transactions, or payment issues, the customer will be promptly notified.

Order acceptance is confirmed by an email containing:

• Order number and date,
  
• Products purchased (description, quantity, price),
  
• Payment method,
  
• Total amount (including VAT/duties if applicable),
  
• Shipping costs.
  

Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified, except in cases of lawful withdrawal.

Prices

All prices are listed in EUR or USD and include VAT (for EU customers).

Prices may change over time; the price applied will be the one displayed at checkout.

For non-EU customers, prices do not include customs duties, which remain the customer’s responsibility (except for U.S. shipments, where duties are covered by the Brand).

Shipping & Delivery

Roberta Pieri® products are carefully packaged in customized packaging to ensure integrity and protection.

• Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days from confirmation.
  
• Deliveries are handled by express couriers and insured against theft and accidental damage.

  Delays due to customs clearance are outside the Owner’s responsibility.

Receipt of Goods & Risk Transfer

Upon delivery, customers must check package integrity and correspondence with the shipping note.

If packaging appears tampered or damaged, the shipment should be refused, and the Owner notified immediately.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is physically received.

Product Guarantee

All Products are authentic and comply with descriptions provided.

Products are covered by a two-year legal guarantee starting from delivery.

Any defects must be reported within two months of discovery, under penalty of forfeiture.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without justification.

Exceptions apply for:

• Shipping/customs costs outside the EU,
  
• Depreciation caused by improper handling.
  

Returns must be authorized by the Owner and sent in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned Product, using the same payment method.

Promotional Codes

Subscribers to the Roberta Pieri® newsletter may receive promotional codes.

Each code is valid only for a limited time and cannot be applied retroactively.

Consumer Protection & Jurisdiction

Disputes related to online purchases may be resolved through consumer protection procedures under the Consumer Code.

For customers outside the EU, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Pistoia (Italy).

Final Notes

Roberta Pieri® reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are invited to save or print a copy of the current Conditions before completing a purchase.
