How It Works
30-Day Free Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days, free of charge. This applies to both full-price and sale items, as long as they are in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Generating a Return Label
To start your return, press on Return Order and enter your order details. You can find your order number or order ID in the confirmation email received after your purchase.
🚨 Please note: Returns sent without prior request cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized bags and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please request a return for your original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after the item has cleared our warehouse. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
